Shaper Intelligence provides behavioral intelligence and operational analysis services for organizations. Our offerings include BQ®, a behavioral infrastructure platform that maps how organizations operate and quantifies operational gaps, and Shaper Plus®, a behavioral intelligence tool for individual professionals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, systems, or infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of our services
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies to extract data from our site without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Submission of an application through our website does not guarantee access to our services. Shaper Intelligence reviews all applications and reserves the right to accept or decline any submission at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
