What will Shaper BQ show me?

Where work is waiting, which handoff is holding it, and what that wait costs. Estimates come with their evidence and assumptions, so you can check them before acting. Your workspace starts from a wait you already recognize.

Does this watch my team?

No. BQ follows the work: the step, the wait, and the handoff. It does not score people. A closer inspection, PRIME, is coming inside BQ. It will be opt-in and limited to a stated purpose, and it is not open yet.

If I try a change, does the live work change?

No. You see the trade-off first: what gets faster, and what the next team would lose. Trying a change does not edit the live workflow. Nothing is allowed to act until identity, the rules, and the evidence have been checked.

What can I request today?

Shaper BQ. That is what the access form opens. Plus is for practicing a decision, and Linked connects reputation to real contribution. Neither is included in that request. PRIME and SVEL are not available yet. For those, or to build with Shaper, say so on the contact form.

What do you need from me to begin?

The wait you want to understand, and the tools that work already runs through. There is no fixed list to install first. We review the request and write to your work email about BQ for your company.
